If you click through the images here, you will see how extensive the redesign of this site was. RRD, “global marketing, packaging, print and supply chain solutions experts,” went through a massive redbrand between 2018 – 2019. I was brought on as a contractor to take on client accounts, and to redesign their company’s website to fit their new brand.
This site was wonderful to do because I was basically given unlimited resources and told to do what I thought was best–an extremely unique occurrence for any designer. As such, I took the site which was originally organized as a multitude of unrelatable “microsites,” and turned the entire platform into a cohesive, organized format that improved user experience. In addition, I gave it a fresh, new design that drew the eye and spoke to RRD’s new, vibrant look and feel.
The final presentation was used as a showpiece, as well as shared with the developers to offer direction. Although they’ve done some updating since, RRD.com still utilizes my design, structure, wireframe, and nearly all of my original design choices.
All-in-all, this is one of the projects I’m most proud of.
